Emails from Shell recruitment end with ‘@Shell.com’, never from a public email domain (‘@yahoo.com’ or ‘@hotmail.com’).

These scam emails often contain poor English or, at some stage, a request for money from the recipient.

We recommend that you do not respond to these scam emails or any email that you do not trust and never disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know. If you receive such proposals, we would advise that you contact your local police and provide them with all information you may have from the senders. If you are sure that you have previously created an account and your login details no longer work or you cannot remember them, please use the ‘forgot your password?’ link on the login page. Please ensure that you are resetting the email address linked to your account user name. This will generate an email to your registered email address with a link to reset your password. Please note that this link will only be active for three hours upon receipt. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam filters and settings, which may be blocking our system emails.

You can make changes to your online application, CV and other attachments by logging in to Shell Careers using your username and password. Go to ‘Candidate Zone’ and click ’Profile’, you can upload your attachments via the ‘My Files’ tab.

Once you have logged in to your account, click on the 'Applications' tab to see a list of your applications and their statuses. Please ensure that you log in to the correct page to check your application. For example, if you would like to check your Graduate application, please log in to the Graduate login page.

If you are unable to see the position you were applying for, it is most likely due to the position reaching its closing date or that the position has been filled. Please note that Shell reserves the right to close jobs before the advertised closing date if necessary. We recommend submitting your application early to avoid disappointment by missing the deadline.

You do not need to log in to take the Cubiks online assessment. Simply copy and paste the link provided into your browser and follow the given instructions in the email.

All graduate candidates are given equal timeframes to complete assessments. Therefore, to maintain the integrity of the assessments, we will not accommodate requests to extend any deadlines.

The assessment results are valid for a year. Please note that after applying to the program, any further graduate applications during a 12-month period will be auto-progressed, based on the first outcome. Therefore, if you have a successful application and re-apply to a different position in a 12-month period, your application will be auto-progressed through Stage 1. Alternatively, if you have an unsuccessful application and re-apply to a different position in a 12-month period, your application will be automatically regretted.

Please check your spam folder settings which may be blocking our system emails. If you have taken the assessments within the past 12 months, the same assessment responses will be considered.
